Biological Treatment

If there are problems in fundamental self regulation, such as anxiety, mood, sleep, appetite and energy, then biological treatment can be quite helpful. This may be in the form of pharmaceuticals, or when appropriate, through herbs and supplements. Exercise, nutrition, yoga and meditation can also have a regulating effect, as can reducing caffeine, white sugar and alcohol. That is done on a case to case basis.
